The AIA-Central Missouri Society celebrated International Archaeology Day by doing some community outreach at their local library in Columbia, MO.
Pueblo Grande Museum in collaboration with the Phoenix Chapter of the Archaeological Institute of America celebrated International Archaeology Day on Saturday, October 19, 2013 with free admission, demonstrations, classes and tours!
On National Archaeology Day, over 100 people joined Reflections of Manatee to celebrate the opening of a new interpretive walkway at the Manatee Mineral Spring site.
The Rochester AIA Society celebrated 2013 Archaeology Day with fun activities for kids at the Rochester Museum and Science Center and a lecture by local Archaeologist Dr. Michael Jarvis.
The AIA Washington, D.C. society co-sponsored a lecture in celebration of International Archaeology Day.
