The Joint Annual Meeting of the Archaeological Institute of America (AIA) and Society for Classical Studies (SCS) formerly known as the American Philological Association (APA) is hitting the road and heading to the French Quarter. Join us January 8-11, 2015 in New Orleans, Louisiana. The Exhibit Hall will be in the Napoleon Exposition Hall & Ballroom of the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel (third floor) located at 500 Canal Street, New Orleans, Louisiana 70130. Over the past three years the AM has welcomed over 7,000 professionals, students and interested enthusiasts from more than 30 countries and every US state. New this year, the AM will be launching a conference app! An array of inexpensive advertising and sponsor options are available in the Prospectus starting at only $100.

The city of New Orleans delivers high convention attendance numbers and the post-AM attendee survey indicates that more than 70% of attendees from the past three Annual Meetings plan on participating in the 2015 AM. Based on these projections, exhibitors and advertisers can expect an audience of 2,500-3,000 participants and a higher international attendance. The AM is comprised of industry leaders who act as key decision-makers in the selection of a wide variety of textbooks, software, products, and services for their affiliated universities, organizations, and institutions, as well as professionals and students who use the hall to find information about new job offerings, shop for publications and products, and learn about field schools, grants, funding opportunities, and other non-profit organizations supporting the field.  Download the Exhibit Hall Plan (pdf)
