The 2022 Annual Meeting will be a fully hybrid event. The in-person meeting will be held in San Francisco, CA, from January 5–8 at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square. Virtual participation is also available.
Hotel reservations are now open!
The Hilton San Francisco Union Square is the official hotel for the 2022 Annual Meeting and will host the exhibit hall, all academic sessions, the opening night reception, and most related events. The discounted group rate is $169 per night (plus applicable taxes). Additional rooms are available at the Hilton Parc 55 across the street. A limited number are available for $159 per night (plus applicable taxes) for reservations made by October 31st. Click on the links below to make your reservations. Meeting Registration
The registration system is under development and will be open in mid to late October. All presentations will be available through the virtual platform as well as on-site. If you register as an in-person attendee you will also have full access to the virtual platform. Session will be recorded and made available through the virtual platform.
Covid-19 Information
With respect to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, AIA and SCS will continue to follow all applicable public health mandates and guidelines issued by federal, state of California, and city of San Francisco government agencies from January 5-8, 2022 at the Hilton Union Square and Parc 55 hotels. AIA and SCS will require onsite attendees to respect all mandates and to follow all public health and guidelines issued by federal, California state, and city of San Francisco government agencies and the hotels. Attendees who refuse to follow public health mandates that are legally required at the time of the conference will not be allowed to attend the conference onsite in San Francisco. At this time all in-person conference attendees will have to provide proof of vaccination and wear masks in all indoor spaces. Updates are regular posted on the Public Health web page for the meeting.
