A well-outfitted beer garden provides the venue for an after-site drink, at one of the oldest and most haunted pubs in Sunderland, The Saltgrass in Ayres Quay, Deptford. Covid-19 regulations meant that only venues with outside areas could operate at the time that fieldwork was being carried out.
