The Mitchell Prehistoric Indian Village in Mitchell, South Dakota will join in the festivities for National Archaeology Day! They plan to exhibit posters, artifacts, and other materials from archaeological sites around the world. Last year, Mitchell Prehistoric Indian Village held a National Archaeology Day event and to honor “one of the most famous archaeologists in recent history”, Indiana Jones, anyone who wore a fedora received free admission!
