On October 12, the Arkansas Archeological Survey – Blytheville Station hosted Open Lab Day at their office in honor of International Archaeology Day. Volunteers were able to work with the collections, and sorting and cleaning artifacts. Local archaeology in northeastern Arkansas was a main topic of discussion among the participants. This is the second year the Arkansas Archaeological Survey has participated as a collaborating organization.
