It is with great sadness that the AIA reports Nancy Wilkie passed away Monday, January 18, 2021. Nancy was the AIA President, 1999-2003, founding member and President of the US Committee of the Blue Shield, 2013-2020, and a recent recipient of the AIA Outstanding Public Service Award. Nancy’s depth and breadth of knowledge of archaeological heritage and steadfast public service for the preservation of archaeological heritage worldwide will be sorely missed.
