Pack all the items for the fair. This may be done earlier if you are planning to ship materials to the fair.
Print out a list of all your presenters, what they need, contact information, etc., and use this to check them in as they arrive at the venue and to make sure that they have what they need. Print out a map of the hall and mark where each presenter’s table will go.
