Why is it important to book at our official Annual Meeting Hotel?
For over 125 years, the AIA and SCS has proudly hosted the Annual Meeting, bringing together our professional members for meaningful collaboration, scholarship, and networking. A key part of making this event possible is our partnership with host hotels.

By reserving a large block of guest rooms, we secure the lowest guaranteed group rates for our attendees and receive complimentary meeting space to host the conference. However, if we do not meet our minimum room commitment, the AIA and SCS incur significant financial penalties—including costs for unused rooms and meeting space rental.

Your support matters. By booking your accommodations within the official room block, you help us continue this long-standing tradition and ensure the success of the Annual Meeting for many years to come.
