Registration is now open.  Be sure to register prior to the early deadline of Monday, November 11 to get the lowest rate. Registration grants you access to all sessions and the exhibit area, as well as access to discounted hotel rates.  Please note that all registrations for the in-person meeting also include full access to the virtual platform.

***Contingent faculty are professionals in Classics and/or Archaeology or a related field who derive their livelihood from an academic or professional position that does not provide retirement/health benefits. The definition of contingent also applies to those based outside the US in part-time positions who are covered by national benefit programs. 

Details
In order to complete your online registration, payment by credit card must be made at the time of registration. We are not able to process registrations over the phone. Registrants wishing to pay by check may register by mail or onsite (onsite registrations will not be able to utilize the early registration rates). Attendees are encouraged to register in advance to avoid lines and higher fees at onsite registration. Please click here for the paper registration form. Cancelation Policy
All cancellation and change requests must be made IN WRITING or via E-MAIL directly to SHOWCARE EVENT SOLUTIONS. There is no fee to change your registration status from in-person to virtual, but additional registration fees will be charged to switch from virtual to in-person. Cancellations are subject to a $25 administrative fee. Requests for any of the above must be RECEIVED by December 1, 2024. Cancellation requests received after the deadline will be considered on an individual basis.
