The AIA and the AIA−St. Louis Society

by AIA

The AIA has been informed that the board members of the AIA – St. Louis Society met on January 25, 2015.  In response to the motion passed by the AIA Council at its meeting in New Orleans on January 10, all members of the board and all officers resigned.  A new interim board took office on Monday, January 26.  These interim board members will serve until formal elections are held at the next annual meeting of the society.

The action taken by the former board of the AIA – St. Louis Society fulfills the stipulation of Council, as set out in its motion of January 10.  Accordingly, the charter of the AIA-St. Louis Society will remain in good standing under its new leadership.
